Brennon was on time for each visit and wore his mask during this pandemic. He was very informed and explained things very well to me. This new way of treating bedbugs is so much nicer than the heat treatment I received many years ago where they bring in ovens to your home. It was very discreet, as well. The neighbors never would have known and that is important to me. The person that scheduled my appointments was also very informative. Hopefully, it works as well as I think it has so far. I had my son's place treated which is In an Apartment complex in San Francisco. He had a very bad infestation and after the first treatment, my son thought it was amazing!! I got just a couple of bed bugs ( from my son visiting me) and as far as I can tell, they are gone. My place was sprayed a month ago and then for the second spraying, which is included, one week ago.
